Dalian Wanda Group Co., Ltd.'s Shanghai Wanda Microloan Co., Ltd. will sell 70% of its equity from May 26 to July 25. The auction will be conducted by the Shanghai Second Intermediate People's Court, with a starting price of approximately 4.09 billion yuan and an evaluation price of approximately 7.31 billion yuan. According to information disclosed by Qichacha, the equity has previously experienced two unsuccessful auctions.
