In Yingjiaya Village, Suo Street Township, Shimen County, local authorities are clearing the streets, schools, and kindergartens. Yesterday, a new batch of donated desks and chairs arrived, and teachers are busy organizing them to prepare for the resumption of classes for students. Principal Ge Xiangang of the Central School in Suo Street Township stated that the school conducted a second round of disinfection on the 23rd, and the classrooms and dormitories have reached the standard for student activities. Ninth-grade students can return to school on the 24th, and other grades are expected to return on the 26th. In addition, the various townships in Shimen County have been actively organizing villagers to participate in post-disaster recovery work. According to the County Emergency and Safe Production Committee, the local water and electricity supply is gradually being restored.
