Beijing KeRui: The second-level holding subsidiary plans to invest approximately 4.95 million euros to acquire 100% of the equity of Greenet Plant S.R.L.

Beijing Corenergy Announces that its second-level holding subsidiary, Creative Energy Investments Limited, will invest approximately 4.95 million euros to acquire 100% equity of Greenet Plant S.R.L. The target company currently holds the development rights of a 99MW/198MWh energy storage project in Vultureasa, Romania. The project has obtained grid connection and construction permits and is basically ready for construction. This transaction aims to expand overseas business in new energy and energy storage fields, optimize the company's strategic layout, rapidly break through barriers in overseas markets, and promote high-quality development of the company's new energy business.
