Tongling Nonferrous Metals Group announced that the second phase project of the Mirador Copper Mine, a subsidiary of its holding company, China Railway Construction Tongguan Investment Co., Ltd., is expected to be delayed. The project was originally planned to be completed in June 2025, with trial production from July to December 2025, and officially put into production in early 2026. However, due to political instability in Ecuador and frequent personnel changes, the signing progress of the "Mining Contract" has been affected, and the official production work can only be implemented after the signing of the "Mining Contract". Currently, the official production time of the Mirador Copper Mine Phase II project is uncertain, and it is expected to have a certain impact on the company's business performance in 2026.
