Publicly available information shows that on July 21, 2026, Suzhou Kinlon Pharmaceutical established a strategic partnership with Qilu Pharmaceutical, granting Qilu commercialization rights for Dacomitinib in China. Suzhou Kinlon expects to receive a cash upfront payment of RMB 700 million and share subscription funds, as well as up to RMB 2.06 billion in milestone payments upon registration.
