On Wednesday, ZAI LAB (ZLAB.US) rose over 8% to $27.44. In terms of news, on August 31, ZAI LAB registered a global Phase III clinical trial for ZL-1310 combined with PD-L1 antibody as a first-line treatment for ES-SCLC on Clinicaltrials.gov. This global Phase III trial is expected to enroll 530 first-line ES-SCLC patients and is projected to preliminarily complete in June 2030. ZL-1310 is a new ADC targeting DLL3, constructed using the next-generation ADC technology TMALIN by Yilian, with a TOPO1 inhibitor as the payload. It features characteristics of high potency, high clearance rate, and high permeability. ZL-1310 demonstrated strong cytotoxic effects in preclinical studies using PDX models of small cell lung cancer. China Securities Co., Ltd. previously published a research report stating that the company's independently developed assets are gradually entering the clinical value verification phase, with the core self-developed pipeline expected to see dense data readouts and key R&D progress within this year. Important catalysts in the second half of 2026 include: data release for Zoci (ZL-1310, DLL3 ADC) in first-line small cell lung cancer (1L SCLC) from United Therapeutics Corporation, progress in the regulatory development of 1L SCLC and extrathoracic neuroendocrine carcinoma (epNEC); and the publication of first human data for ZL-1503 (IL-13IL-31R bispecific antibody), among others.
