In July 2026, the Group added one new project in Huicheng District, Huizhou City, Guangdong Province, with a total floor area of 161,256 square meters and a total land cost of RMB 549 million. Between January 1 and July 31, 2026, the Group's cumulative new total floor area was 645,264 square meters, with a total land cost of RMB 2.627 billion, and an equity floor area of 645,264 square meters, with an equity land cost of RMB 2.627 billion.
