Dongguan Holdings (000828.SZ) issued an announcement to fully leverage the deep synergy between transportation infrastructure and diverse application scenarios with the low-altitude economy industry. Actively deploying strategic emerging industry tracks, the company's wholly-owned subsidiary, Guangdong Jinxin Capital Investment Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Jinxin Capital"), intends to jointly invest with Dongguan Sci-Tech Capital Investment Management Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Sci-Tech Capital") and others to establish the "Dongguan Jinxin Low-Altitude Economy Industry Venture Capital Fund Partnership (Limited Partnership)" (hereinafter referred to as the "Low-Altitude Economy Industry Fund"), focusing on investments in industries such as drones, eVTOL (covering guidance systems, aviation motors, lightweight composite materials, high-energy density batteries) and related areas such as technology transportation and smart transportation.

(hereinafter referred to as "Jinxin Capital") plans to jointly invest with Dongguan Sci-Tech Capital Investment Management Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Sci-Tech Capital") and others to establish the "Dongguan Jinxin Low Altitude Economy Industry Venture Capital Fund Partnership (Limited Partnership)" (hereinafter referred to as "Low Altitude Economy Industry Fund"), focusing on investments in drones, eVTOL aircraft (covering guidance systems, aircraft motors, lightweight composite materials, high-energy density batteries and other key links in the industry chain) and related technological transportation, smart transportation and other fields. The total capital of the Low Altitude Economy Industry Fund is 300 million yuan, with Jinxin Capital contributing 210 million yuan and Sci-Tech Capital and related parties contributing 90 million yuan.
