- Audit and Risk Management Committee: Ms. Liu Xiaolei as Chairman, Mr. Zhou Song and Mr. Wu Jianing as members.
- Investment and Development Committee: Mr. Zhou Xinhuai as Chairman, Mr. Ren Lixin, Mr. Xie Jun, and Mr. Yan Yan as members.
- Assessment and Remuneration Committee: Mr. Zhang Yuxin as Chairman, Mr. Duan Liangwei and Mr. He Jinglin as members.
