Jingtai Holdings (02228) announced that on June 9, 2026, the Board of Directors resolved that, depending on market conditions and subject to the approval of the shareholders at the shareholders' meeting held on May 20, 2026, the Company will periodically utilize up to a total of 100 million US dollars to repurchase the Company's shares (share repurchase plan) on the open market from June 10, 2026 until the end of the next annual general meeting of shareholders of the Company (at which point the repurchase authorization will expire), or until the date on which the shareholders revoke or amend the repurchase authorization at the shareholders' meeting.
XTALPI (02228) announced that on June 9, 2026, the Board of Directors resolved that, depending on market conditions and subject to the Share Buyback Authority (as approved by shareholders at the shareholders' meeting held on May 20, 2026), the Company will from time to time utilize up to a total of 1 billion US dollars to repurchase the Company's shares (Share Buyback Program) on the open market from June 10, 2026 until the end of the next annual general meeting of the Company's shareholders (at which time the Share Buyback Authority will expire), or until the date on which shareholders revoke or amend the Share Buyback Authority at the shareholders' meeting. Under the Share Buyback Authority, the Company is authorized to repurchase up to 10% of the total number of issued shares as of the date of the Company's annual general meeting held on May 20, 2026, which is a maximum of 430 million shares. The Company believes that the Share Buyback Program will demonstrate confidence in the Company's future business outlook and prospects, and ultimately benefit the Company and create value for its shareholders. The Board of Directors believes that the Company's existing financial resources will enable it to implement the Share Buyback Program while maintaining a solid financial position.
