Baoji Titanium Industry (600456.SH) announced that the company has decided to operate the titanium strip business unit as a subsidiary, setting up a separate company for sheet and strip materials. This new subsidiary will be responsible for the production, sales, research and development, and promotion of sheet and strip products.
